Tom Selbeck is a Steadicam operator from the netherlands. Flying cameras to create moving images.

I am the proud owner of my own steadicam rig. Full size with horizon stabalization and capable of working with any size camera and lens.

  • Flowcine xArm steadicam arm with a 26 kg payload capacity.

  • Betz Wave-1 Horizon stabalizer

  • Tiffen Ultra font mount vest with Flowcine x-drop

  • TV logic F-7H mk2, sun viewable monitor.

  • Black Magic Video Assist 5” 12g lowmode monitor

Supporting equipment:

  • Eartec ultralite headsets for communication.

  • All kinds of rain gear for the camera, rig and me.

  • Adicam camera cart

  • VW Caddy camera van for transportation.

  • Hard mount options available on request.

Tom Selbeck is a Steadicam owner operator based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Tom is a Steadicam Operator who owns his own gear, capable of working with cameras ranging from lightweight to heavy.

Tom has been flying steadicam since 2019 and started out on a lightweight steadicam gradually moving up to his own full size rig!

In 2022, Tom completed the official Steadicam Workshop in England, which has helped him refine his skills and stay up-to-date with the latest techniques.

Since then Tom has worked on Feature and short films, commercials, music videos and everything in between.
